Gary left Danby, VT today. He stayed at a B&B, picked up food package, ate a great dinner, did laundry, and after an omlet got a shuttle and headed back to the trail. I have a friend who's son graduated from high school and started in Maine and is hiking south on the trail. They should cross paths this weekend. That is exciting.

Gary said this was the best campsite so far. It had a pump, great places to set up the tent and even a porch swing. He even called me the next morning from the swing:)
